About Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapy
Hypnosis uses relaxation methods to help develop and connect with memories. By reconnecting to memories, a person can develop a broader perspective about the life they are living, and find solutions and understanding. Hypnosis combines various techniques in order to create the right form of treatment for each individual.
A session begins with a discussion about the client’s concerns and what they would like to achieve. Then there are a few exercises that help you experience the difference between memory and imagination.
A session then progresses towards what helps developing insight and perspective about present life. Regression therapy brings the possibility to reach into the phenomenal archives of the mind, which is always a healing experience. What is amazing about Past Life Regression therapy is how it can work.
It can help.
Tree Prospectives of the Same Three
Transpersonal Hypnotherapy is better described than defined. It is often considered an altered state of consciousness featuring “selective perception,” a process in which the subject (who is in control) chooses to see only what is relevant to his task, blocking out everything else. Hypnosis involves guided concentration. The guidance, however, may be provided by a qualified practitioner or, in the case of self-hypnosis, by the individual subject. Self-hypnosis, which can be taught by a properly certified hypnotherapist and learned by virtually any client, can provide the recipient with a lifetime of benefit.
Regression Therapy, is a journey back in time to recover memories and explore events from the past is profoundly transformative work. All of our experiences from birth and even before are recorded in our bodies, minds and souls.
In this work you will explore the patterns, contracts, agreements, perceptions, beliefs and strategies that were formed, often on an unconscious level, as a result of experiences from this life, past lives and even in-between lives.
Going back in time through hypnotic regression brings new perspectives and healing for individuals
Hypnotic Regression is not at all like trying to remember. As a matter of fact, trying to remember will hinder the process. One of the most common reasons for a client not regressing is that they are trying too hard to remember. It is best to invite the conscious mind to relax and let the memories float up from the subconscious mind in an effortless way.
